Job Summary/Basic Function

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the highest quality customer service to our guests to include food quality, health and sanitation and general customer service in the Anderson Commons Dining Center.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree in dietetics, HMR, Business, Management, or related field OR equivalent experience with one year of full-time work equal to one year of education;
• One to two years related experience;
• ServSafe certificate or similar food safety course certificate, or pass ServSafe exam within the first year of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian
