Job Summary/Basic Function

The primary responsibility of this position is to work as part of the meal ingredient team in the daily production requirements for all functions of the department.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience:
Required:
• High School Diploma/GED;
• ServSafe certificate or similar food safety course certificate, or pass ServSafe exam within the first year of employment.
Preferred:
• Previous food service or related experience.

Skills and Abilities:
• Detail oriented;
• Ability to work on multiple tasks;
• Basic math skills with very high accuracy;
• Basic employment skills: reading, oral and written communication;
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast paced, team oriented environment;
• Ability to follow health and sanitation standards by maintaining food temperatures, sanitizing station and continuous hand washing;
• Ability to engage our customers with an attitude of willingness and dedication to serve;
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
