Job Summary/Basic Function

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide clean and sanitary dinnerware for use by Dining Service customers as well as clean and sanitary food preparation equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

High-School Diploma/GED;

Take ServSafe course and pass ServSafe exam or pass internal food safety exam within first year of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

Three to six months of related experience.
